Rebekah Dunsmuir

Rebekah manages the business and has been restoring and conserving artwork over the last 20 years.

She specialises in the restoration of ceramics and sculpture which grew from the beginnings of a BA Hons in ceramics. She has remarkable experience working with the restoration and conservation of paintings and frames and holds great knowledge on a huge variety of different mediums

She has worked with many different art restorers over the years, discovering alternative methods and new approaches that can be applied to your artwork with great love and care.

She has a true passion for art restoration and conservation and is dedicated to treating your artwork to the finest standards

 
Paintings Conservation

Lucy Fellows

Following her love of art, Lucy gained an undergraduate degree in French & Art History from the Univeristy of St Andrews. She subsequently received a postgraduate diploma in The Conservation of Easel Paintings from The Courtauld Institute of Art.

Besides the structural and aesthetic conservation of easel paintings, Lucy is also passionate about expanding the knowledge of painting materials & techniques used by artists outside of the Western Canon of art history. She has conducted research into contemporary artists living in Trinidad & Tobago and hopes to continue her research into similar fields.

Jekaterina Cesnokova

Jekaterina graduated from The Art Academy of Latvia with a BA Hons in Painting Conservation and carried out an internship at Kunsthistoriches Museum, Wien.

She specialises in the restoration and conservation of paintings and sculpture.

Her extensive knowledge in current processes and materials are applied meticulously, ensuring your artwork is restored to a very high standard


 

Martina Paganin

Martina graduated from The Academy of Fine Art in Bologna (Italy) with an MA in paper and photographic materials conservation and holds an accreditation in conservation. She gained experience in the field working in Italian Restoration studios as well as Public Institutions including the Venice Academy Galleries.

After winning a scholarship that brought her to The National Archives in London she brought her skills and expertise to us and is now applying the best of Italian and British innovative methods and techniques to your artworks.

Ula Vaiciunaite

Ula graduated with an MA in Fine Art and gained her qualifications as a Paper conservator through The Ministry of Culture in Lithuania.

She has worked with many different organisations and restorers over the years including The National Library of Lithuania in The Document Conservation and Restoration Centre.

She specialises in artwork on paper and has over 20years experience.

Her knowledge of chemistry allows her to restore paper to a very high quality, ensuring all treatment has no long term damage and conserves the artwork suitably.


Matilda Hutchinson

Matilda began here as our studio apprentice and over the years has grown into a fantastic and highly experienced ceramic conservator.

She studied Fine Art and Ceramic Sculpture at Chelsea College of Art and has experience working alongside other Fine Art Restorers, where she first discovered her love for fine art restoration and conservation.

She has a fine eye for detail with reconstruction and colour matching and is an excellent ceramics restorer, always working to the highest standards and strives to achieve excellent results.

Sara Gonzalez

Sara is our paintings and objects conservator at our Bath Studio

Her conservation training began in Spain and has had extensive experience over the last 8 years in oil paintings, gilding and polychrome artworks.

She has spent a lot of time working as an art restorer and conservator in Mexico working with sacred art and archaeological objects and so has many skills and techniques in a variety of different areas
